Membership Terms:

By joining our wine club you certify that you have read and understand the following:

• I certify that I am 21 years or older, and understand an adult (21 or older) must sign for package at the time of delivery.
• I understand shipment dates are subject to change in the event of poor weather.
• I understand my credit card will be charged automatically in advance of each shipment and the purchase is non-refundable.
• I will notify Fortunata Winery a month in advance in via email at marketing@fortunatawinery.com with any address changes or cancellations. Fortunata Winery is not responsible for fees incurred due to misdirected shipments.
• I am responsible for any shipping, return, and re-shipping costs incurred.
• I agree that if I choose "pick up", I have until the last day of the pick up time frame, or my wine will be shipped to the address on file and charges applied
• I understand that membership must be retained through 3 consecutive shipments.
• I understand order suspensions must be requested prior to the order month for it to go into effect. Suspensions may not be made for consecutive shipments and a maximum of 3 suspensions may be made in lifetime of membership.
• I understand membership is non -transferable.
• I understand if I cancel and rejoin at a later date, I will no longer be eligible for membership after a second cancellation.
